Act No.
2022-130This act amends Section 34-23-50, Code of Alabama 1975 to: (1) authorize the Board of Pharmacy to issue a permit to pharmacy interns or externs to authorize the intern or extern to compound and dispense prescriptions while serving under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist; and (2) provide the application process for a permit to dispense prescriptions.
