2025-139Effective Date Certain
This act amends Sections 11-106-3, 11-106-4, and 11-106-6, Code of Alabama 1975, to: (1) remove a minimum acreage requirement from the definition of the term "military installation"; (2) require approval from a local government before constructing a tall structure within 2 miles of a military installation; and (3) authorize local governments to enjoin the construction of a tall structure commenced without prior approval.
