Peer Review
The Department of Examiners of Public Accounts has an internal quality control system to ensure that all audits conducted by the Department comply with applicable standards. Once every three years an independent review is conducted on the Department’s internal quality control system as required by auditing standards. These independent reviews are conducted by the National State Auditors’ Association.
